RAD’s Vmux-2100 and Vmux-110 are scalable, compact, 1U high products that are ideal for remote call center applications because they are easy to deploy and provide high quality voice over networks where bandwidth is limited (e.g. 802.11b wireless, cable, xDSL or even the public Internet).

The Vmux products utilize TDMoIP (CV), a simple, evolutionary alternative to VoIP, that delivers better voice quality and uses less bandwidth. TDMoIP (CV) is tolerant of packet loss, latency and jitter and its transparency to signaling protocols protects investments in legacy PBXs to ensure that call center functionality is not compromised.
